British firm ISS Aerospace is pushing rapid drone deployment concepts forward with its HAL10, a modular launcher designed to release up to 10 unmanned aerial vehicles in quick succession.
The launcher features a cassette-style design with 10 internal bays arranged in two rows of five, keeping the drones secure inside the system until launch.
Weighing 555 kilograms (1,224 pounds), the system can be deployed on fixed installations, forward operating bases, or mobile platforms, depending on mission needs.

It is also designed to operate in harsh environments, from -32 degrees Celsius (-26 degrees Fahrenheit) up to 45 degrees Celsius (+113 degrees Fahrenheit).
Beyond deployment, HAL10 is built to support defensive and offensive mission sets. It can launch interceptors or counter-drone assets to detect, track, and neutralize hostile aerial threats.
It can also enable precision strikes, decoy deployment, and suppression roles in contested environments.
Launch Package: ISSOS WASP
According to the company, the launcher is compatible with the ISSOS WASP, a medium-class rocket-powered drone.
The aerial vehicle weighs 2.8 kilograms (6.2 pounds) and can carry a maximum payload of 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds).

The WASP can reach ranges of up to 45 kilometers (28 miles) and remain airborne for 22 minutes, extending to 30 minutes without payload.
It is designed for swarm operations, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions, as well as counter-drone roles.
Together, the launcher-drone pairing is intended to provide forces with a rapid-response capability, supporting wider aerial coverage, faster intelligence collection, and the ability to saturate target areas when required.
